Iohn Caluine" and "Odour and doctrine the generall fasting" has separate t.p. dated 1596 on 2N1r and pagination; register is continuous. "Odour and doctrine the generall fasting" has separate t.p. dated 1596 on A1r and separate pagination and register. Title within ornamental border (not in Mck. and Ferg.); head-and tail-pieces; initials; printed marginalia. Irregular pagination. At foot of title: Cum Priuilegio Regali.
