An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament : shewing that all brewers of beere, ale, cider, or perry shall pay the excise imposed by a former ordinance of Parliament before the delivering upon paine of forfeiting double the value of the said commodities : also an ordinance of both Houses giving power to the committee sitting at Haberdashers-hall to take some speedy course for the bringing in of the monies appoynted to be raysed for the maintainance of the armie.

An ordinance of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament: : for the leavying of moneys, by way of excise, or, new-impost, as well for the better securing of trade, as for the maintenance of the army raised by the Parliament, and payment of the debts of the Common-wealth. Wherein the said Lords and Commons have thought fit to alter the rates printed in a former ordinance, and to impose other and lower charges upon the severall commodities heerein expressed, as by a schedule hereunto annexed appeareth. Ordered by the Commons in Parliament assembled, that the clerk of the Commons House appoint Edward Husbands to print the ordinance for excise, and that the said clerk take care in the printing thereof.
