The first part is by John Higgins, who signs the dedication; the second part is by Thomas Blenerhasset; the third part by William Baldwin, and the separate part "Englands Eliza" is by Richard Niccols, who edited the whole. Cf. ESTC.
Errors in paging: pages 122, 512, and 645 misnumbered 128, 412, and 636 respectively.
Imperfect: stained, signature A₈, and all of quire B lacking.
