"A treatise tending vnto a declaration, whether a man be in the estate of damnation, or in the estate of grace", (2) "A case of conscience, the greatest that ever was", (3) "An exposition of the Lords prayer", and (4) "A graine of mustard-seed" each have separate dated title page; pagination and register are continuous. The imprint to (2) has "Orwin, for Thomas Man, and Iohn Porter"; (3) has "printed by Felix Kingston, for Iohn Porter, and Ralph Iackson"; (4) has "printed by Felix Kingston, for Ralph Iackson and Hugh Burwell". Each was previously published separately. The last leaf is blank. "A graine of mustard-seed" (1597) identified as part of STC 19712 by STC (2nd edition) is lacking from item at reel 260:5.
