This entry comprehends several editions, all with the following characteristics: woodcuts measure approximately 340 x 228 mm.; last line of text on title page verso reads "more, Amen.". In at least one of the editions A1r is blank; in the others A1r bears a large cut of the royal arms, with "Cum priuilegio Regiæ Maiestatis." at foot. No copies have a title page proper.
