| Item Description: | Known only from a single copy of the title page and verso (list of contents), which are imposed with a kalendar in the same setting as leaves pi2-8 of STC 1018. This may have been a printer's error, or it may have been intended to include the same kalendar in both works. Identified as STC 11193+ on UMI microfilm reel 420. Reproductions of a photostat of the original in the Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery. Appears at reels 420 and 1816 (same copy filmed twice). The original, which consists of two adjacent quarters of an unfolded sheet, is filmed so as to simulate a bound volume. |
