The first three leaves are blank except for signature-mark "A.1." on the first.
"A right Christian treatise, entituled S. Augustines praiers" (including "Saint Augustines psalter") and "S. Augustines manuel" (a translation of "Manuale") each have separate dated title page, pagination, and register.
With three final contents leaves; the last two leaves are blank.
Probably none of the works are in fact by Augustine.
