The first leaf and the last leaf are blank.
"The beginning of the doctrine of Christ", "The spirituall touch-stone", "The signes of the wicked man", "The promises", "The rules of a holy life", and "The cure of the feare of death" each have separate dated title page giving Richard Field as printer in imprint; pagination and register are continuous.
Omits "The paterne of wholsome words", which had been included in the first edition.
