The typeface is New Caledonia. The paper used is Velin BFK Rives 175 g/m2. The printing was completed on a Vandercook SP15 proof press by George A. Walker and Andy Malcolm in Toronto, Canada. The plates were made at Boxcar Press in Syracuse, New York and EverLovin' Press in Kingston, Ontario. The original art was printed from wood engravings created by George A. Walker."--Colophon.
