Advertised in Post Boy 3 March 1709 (Foxon). Publication date in ESTC: [1709]. Page numbers 440-441,444-445 repeated in paging; numbers 442-443, 446-447 omitted in paging. Includes index (table). Vignette on title page. The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy was acquired as part of the Lois Goddard Morrison Collection of Eighteenth Century Literature. The Cushing Library/Rare Books copy has printed name "Edward Trelawny" affixed to inside front cover. |
