Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime : message from the President of the United States transmitting United Nations Convention Against Transnational Organized Crime (The "Convention"), as well as two supplementary protocols: (1) the protocol to prevent, suppress and punish trafficking in persons, especially women and children, and (2) the protocol against smuggling of migrants by land, sea and air, which were adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on November 15, 2000.
