| Abstract: | An extensive literature review was conducted in this project, including review of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), national, and international specifications. Based on the findings and results from prior tasks, several specification changes are recommended. This report contains the proposed specifications and a summary of the key changes. Along with the specification recommendations, new test procedures are also needed as part of the specification requirements. This research focused on developing a new design procedure for application rates.
