Abstract:From a file of the monthly expenditures and changes in the budget of a project, the Budget Report Program generates a current financial status report. This status report includes an overall budget report, a monthly summary budget report, and one or more group budget reports. All expenses for each of the three types of reports are divided into four categories: salary, wages, other expenses, and capital outlay. One, two, or three types of reports may be generated during any single run.
