Lease for 18 years at 14 shillings a year, George Kybbyll of Ford in Hampshire, gent, to William Cosyn of Ford, husbandman: a messuage lately held by Thomas Roberts, with two crofts called Moldecrafte and Tylthe, 10 acres of arable, 1 acre of meadow and 12 acres of pasture. Cosyn to thatch, board and plaster during the term and Kybbyll to provide "all manner of gross timber." Small paper label on the verso (W 697) indicates inclusion in H.R.
