It was printed in 148gsm Mohawk Superfine paper at The Old School Press on a Western proof press. The dust-jacket illustration is by John Watts. The copies numbered 221 to 240 were reserved in sheets for binders. The binding of the standard copies was executed by Salisbury Bookbinders.
