The typeface for the text and picture captions is Linotype Baskerville, composed by Hazeltine Typsetting, Inc., of Oakland, California. The display typefaces are Steelplate Text Shaded, Bulmer and Baskerville, handset. The paper is Curtis Rag. The cloth is Bolton buckram, made by Columbia Mills. The edition was limited to 2,350 copies."--Colophon. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy is #2202; contains a promotional folded sheet with order envelope from The American West (Palo Alto, California), and a signed notecard from Lewis Osborne to Al Lowman.
