Barse Miller made the cover drawing and Bryan-Brandenburg Co. furnished engravings"--Cover verso. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy was aquired with "Theodore Lilienthal, Robinson Jeffers and the Quercus Press" and "The most agreeable vice".
