Item Description:	This exhibition, first shown at the Library's annual observance of Founder's Day, March 2, 1942, represents but a small part of the Merrymount Press imprints gathered by Max Farrand and presented to the Huntington Library. cf. page 5. One of the Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copies contains the printed label "From the books of Ward Ritchie". One of the Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copies is inscribed "a gift from Leland Carlson, Aug. 25, 1951". One of the Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copies contains a print-out of an email exchange between Al Lowman and bookseller Gene Baade, dated December 19, 2000.
