| Item Description: | "This edition was printed at Digital Letterpress in Austin, Texas ... types are Goudy Old Style 394 and Neuland, printed on Mohawk Superfine. The offset illustrations were printed by the Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. Five hundred copies were bound in wrappers by Jack Miller at Custom Bookbinders in Austin. Two hundred copies were bound in Japanese cloth by Jace Graf at Cloverleaf Studio, also in Austin. Fifty additional gatherings were set aside for a deluxe binding by Priscilla Spitler that includes an original print by Willard Clark"--Colophon. Issued in box. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy contains: book announcement with envelope from Four-O Publishing ; card invitation from Friends of the SMU Libraries, Dallas, Texas to a lecture and exhibition by David Farmer, January 19, 2001 ; 2 advertising postcards for slide talk by David Farmer at Tesoros Trading Company, Austin, Texas November 14, 2002. |
