The text is printed on Green's hand made 'Bird & Bull' paper; papers made at the Press and at other places are so identified. The text is set in Emerson types and the book was bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe. The printing was finished in August, 1967"--Colophon. With a sample of paper made at De Schoolmeester mill laid in. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy is number176. |
