"The extraterrestrial manuscript and the decoration for the English text (set in ATF's Garamond) is composed in Kliluk, a monotype font designed for asemic texs as well for decoration ... Kliluk was designed by Barbara Henry with roots in copper-plate script. It was made into type by edition Rayher of Swamp Press in Northfield, Massachusetts ..."--About the type.
