Description
Abstract:"Since 1960, U.S. trade with Cuba has been strictly regulated. This study sought to identify the potential trade and transportation impacts of a more open trade relationship between these two countries. The study specifically aimed to examine and better understand the impact of an open trade agreement on Texas' sea ports and the infrastructure linking those ports to various Texan regions. The authors emphasized that this study was conducted prior to the release of the Trump Administration's policy regarding trade with Cuba."--TTI catalog description.
