On rod, tying cord with bone clasp. Includes colored painting depicting Buddhist pilgrims at an ancient stupa. Also evidence of another panel suggesting gold leaf decoration. Housed in modern era box. "... originally printed, rolled, and inserted into the bricks used to build the Thunder Peak pagoda in Hangzhou, China.
