"This edition is limited to 195 copies of which 95 contain an original letter by Bernhardt Wall"--Colophon. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy is number10, is inscribed "For Al Lowman" by Francis J. Weber, and its original (handwritten) letter is dated March 9, 1931 on a sheet with an etching of "Following Abraham Lincoln." Contains eight tipped-in etchings printed directly from Wall's plates, two original postcards, and five photogravures of Wall etchings. Issued in slipcase. |
