Item Description:	Translation of the German manuscript in the Bancroft Library. "Designed and printed by Lawton and Alfred Kennedy"--Title page verso. Folded map tipped inside back cover. One of the Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copies is bound in quarter green cloth and marbled paper with gray endpapers; one copy is bound in green cloth over boards with cream endpapers. Title in red and black.
