| Abstract: | Balanced partitioned matrices are often encountered in multivariate statistical analysis, as in covariance structure and factor analysis models. Kronecker products of partitioned matrices are useful here to keep the submatrices and their vector arrangements together. Balanced partitioning, when the parts are all equal, is studied here, and some theorems for obtaining the expectations and covariances are presented. |
