Collation of original: 2 ̊20 leaves in one quire or gathering. fol. [1] and fol. [20] are printed on one sheet, likewise fol. [2] and fol. [19], fol. [3] and fol. [18], etc. fol. [1] unsigned, fol. [2]-[10] signed A-I, the remaining leaves unsigned except fol. [12], the recto of which repeats the woodcut on fol. [2] recto. and also the signature mark (A) Recto of leaves [19] and verso of last leaf blank. Contains two songs for four voices, "Sub tuum presidium" (A verso-C recto) and "Summe laudis O Maria" (D verso-I recto, 1 leaf unsigned) The first is headed "Be. de opi." ; the second, "Benedictus de opitijs." In Latin, except the prefatory stanza and table of contents (verso of 1st leaf, continued on recto of last leaf) which are in Flemish. The beginning and end of another issue, in Latin throughout, with Jan de Gheet's mark at end, are reproduced on a leaf at end of this volume.
