Order of Secretary of Agriculture issued pursuant to Public act No. 10, 73rd Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by agricultural marketing agreement act of 1937, regulating such handling of beurre d`Anjou, beurre Bosc, winter Nelis, doyenne du Cornice, beurre Easter, and beurre Clairgeau varieties of fresh pears in Oregon, Washington, and California marketing area as is in interstate commerce, and as directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate commerce.
