Order of Secretary of Agriculture, issued pursuant to Public act No. 10, 73rd Congress, as amended and as reenacted and amended by agricultural marketing agreement act of 1937, regulating handling in interstate commerce, and such handling as directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate commerce, of Irish potatoes grown in Louisiana, and in counties of Atascosa, Bexar, Colorado, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Medina, Wharton, and Wilson in Texas, counties of Warren, Hinds, Rankin, Scott, Newton, and Lauderdale, and all counties south thereof in Mississippi, counties of Baldwin, Escambia, and Mobile in Alabama, and counties of Escambia and Santa Rosa in Florida.
