Description
| Summary: | Jennifer is a professional consultant who is asked by the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of the National Association of Volunteers (NAV) to help coach one of the oldest members of the organization and Vice President of Legislative Affairs, Jim. After contacting Jim's co-workers and meeting with Jim personally to discuss his role at the company, she agrees to meetings with him for two months to improve his performance. Her plans, however, are disrupted by Jim's surprising reaction to her initial plan proposal.
