Attributed to William Livingston, one of the editors of the Independent reflector, by Evans. Note below title: "More particularly adapted to the province of New-York." With printer's ornaments above imprint. Includes collected essays on politics, government, the judicial system, relations with native people, civil reform, and similar topics.
