A discourse on forgiveness : In three sermons from Matt. VI. 15. Wherein is shewed, I. That men are very prone to commit trespasses, both against God and against one another. II. That men are very loth to forgive others their trespasses, tho' they need so much to be forgiven themselves. III. That they whose trespasses are forgiven by their Heavenly Father, partake of an inestimable benefit. IV. That those who refuse to forgive others their trespasses, are certainly unpardoned themselves, and all their guilt lies upon them. By the late Reverend Nathanael Vincent, V.D.M. Taken in short-hand by one of his hearers.
