Jacob and William Middlehoven of Zaandam in Holland, merchants, and others; all subjects of the states general of the United Provinces; and also claimant of the rest and residue of the cargo as the property of divers other persons mentioned in the manifest and bills of lading, subjects of the said states general, - - - - - - - - appellant.
