That it is a matter (at this juncture), of greatest expediencie and on which the præservation of the Protestant religion very much dependeth, as utterly defeating the designs of the Romanists, who would divide us, and set us one to ruin another for trifles, that they mai enslave us all to their intolerabl and detestabl abominations.
