Sir, I am directed by the Honorable Commissioners of His Majesty's Stamp Duties to acquaint you of the repeal of the duties payable on the entries of christenings, marriages, and burials, after the 1st day of October next, and to request you will immediately after that period make out an account, of all arrears then due, and pay the same at my office, in Rochester or to any subdistributor of stamps, in West Kent, nearest you place of residence, for which purpose I inclose you a form to be filled up as usual.
