By G. Arnaud, M.D.' and 'Copy of the power granted to the author of these remarks, to provide the public with the original extract of lead', which 'Copy' is dated and signed: "this day, being the 2d of March, 1770. Goulard". In this edition page numbers 217-218 are omitted from the pagination; "Surgeon-Major" on the titlepage is printed with an upper case "M;̃ and there is a comma in the imprint following "Southampton-street"."
