The Cushing Library/Kelsey Americana copy contains two pieces of ephemera: a printers apology for delays in production and genealogy notes from Dr. Kelsey. The Cushing Library/Lowman/Book Design copy is housed in a wooden slipcase and contains a printer's apology for delays in production, an obituary for Charles Shaw, and an envelope witha note typed on it.
