Illustrations after water-colour drawings by W. Russell Flint. Includes a bibliographical note by A.W. Pollard on pages v-viii. "...Present edition [uses] Edward Strachey's [modernization in spelling and punctuation]..."--Page viii. The Cushing Library/Lit./Mitchell copy contains the bookplate of "MCR & EMR, Little Sutton," the calling card of Mr. Edward Steele Merrick, and a holiday card from the president of St. Lawrence University.
