Proposald for reprinting, in four volumes octavo, Bishop Burnet's history of his own time, from the restoration of King Charles II. to the conclusion of the treaty of peace at Utrecht, in the reign of Queen Anne : To which is prefixed, a summary recapitulation of affairs in Church and state, from King James I. to the restoration in the year 1660. And to which will be added, the author's life by the editor. Together with some explanatory notes. The whole revised and corrected by him. Those who intend to encourage this work, are desired to send their names and places of abode to A. Millar, in the Strand; and S. Bladon, at the Paper-mill, In Pater-noster-Row. By whom the volumes will be carefully sent to such as order them. Subscriptions are also taken in by all the booksellers in Great Britain and Ireland.
