The crown circuit companion : Containing the practice of the assises on the crown side, and of the courts of general and general quarter sessions of the peace: wherein (among other things incident to the practice of the crown law) is included. A collection of useful and modern precedents of indictments in criminal cases; as well at common law, as those created by statute. Under all which precedents, so much of the common and statute laws is set forth, as to shew the several offences; the offenders punishment; and in what cases felons are to have, or not to have the benefit of clergy.
