Cork Coal Company. The directors beg leave to call the particular attention of the public to the present mode of measuring coals in this city, which though contrary to law, has prevailed for many years, and might still continue, had not the directors by their experience in the coal trade discovered, that to heap-measure, in a principal degree, may be attributed the numerous frauds which the public and masters of colliers complain of.
