George, by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, defender of the faith, to messengers at arms, our sheriffs in that part conjunctly and severally specially constitute, greeting. Forasmughas, in the action of ranking and sale, raised and pursued before the lords of our council and session, at the instance of Mess. Douglas, Heron, and Company, late bankers in Ayr, and George Home, writer to the signet, now one of the principal clerks of session, factor and manager for the said Company, with concourse of our advocate, for our interest, against John Bushby writer in Dumfries, and the whole creditors, real and personal, of the said John Bushby, and all others having; or pretending to have interest in the matter libelled.
