By the Lords Justices and Council of Ireland, a proclamation. George Armagh. Jn. Ponsonby. Whereas we have received information upon oath, that on Thursday the twenty-fourth day of June last, Sir Thomas Blackball, Knight, one of the high-sheriffs of the of the city of Dublin, having received information, that two or three hundred persons, had, in an outrageous and unlawful manner, assembled themselves together at the Dunghills adjoining Dirty-Lane in the city of Dublin.
