By the Lords Justices and Council of Ireland, a proclamation. George Armagh. Jn. Ponsonby. Whereas by our proclamation, bearing date the fifteenth day of September last, an embargo was laid upon all ships, and vessels, laden, or to be laden, with provisions of any kind, butter only excepted, going from any of the ports of this kingdom, to be continued for the space of six weeks from the date of the laid proclamation.
