Text this: Statutes, ordinances, and rules, devised and made by the Lord Mayor and aldermen of the city of London, governors of Emanuel Hospital in or near Westminster, founded by the Right Honourable the Lady Ann Dacres, for the good government of the said hospital and the poor thereof, consisting of twenty aged people and twenty children.
