First line of first poem: "Nox erat; omnia erant chaos atrum, mixta profundo".
The second poem is entitled 'Probabile est lunam non esse habitabilem'.
At foot: "In commitiis [sic] posterioribus Martii 19. 1723/4.".
In another edition the statement at foot reads: "In commitiis [sic] prioribus Feb. 20, 1723/4" and the title of the second poem ends with "habita".
