Mr Dickson submits to the Court if this is not a case merits summary cognisance. Memorial for Dr David Dickson of Kilbucho, minister of the gospel at Newlands, and present ruling-elder in the presbytery of Biggar, charger; against the heritors of the parish of Newlands, suspenders.
