Unto the Right Honourable, the Lords of Council and Session. The claim of John Gordon Esq; captain of the late regiment of marines, commanded by Brigadier-General Poulet, and second lawful son of the deceast Sir James Gordon of Park, of the lands and barony of Park, made and entred, pursuant to an act past in the 20th year of His Present Majesty, intituled, An act for vesting in His Majesty the estates of certain traitors, and for effectually discovering the same, and applying the produce thereof to the use of His Majesty, and for ascertaining and satisfying the lawful debts and claims thereupon.
