Volume 3 is dated 1744; volume 4 in two parts, each with separate titlepage, dated 1745 and 1747 respectively, and with continuous pagination and register, apart from 'A summary of The history of England' in part 2, which has separate pagination. Includes: 'The metallick history of the reigns of King William III. and Queen Mary' in two parts, each with separate pagination and register, the first after pages532 in volume3 and the second after pages706 in volume 4, part 2.
