A particular or inventory of the real and personal estate of James Edmundson, Esq; one of the late directors of the South Sea Company : Which he was possessed of or entitled unto in his own right, or by any person or persons in trust for him, on or about the first day of June 1720; together with such conveyances, transfers or other alienations or dispositions as have been made thereof, or of any part thereof, by him or his order, since that time to this present 18th of March, 1721, in the best manner he is able to collect the same. Anno vicesimo sexto Georgii II. regis. An act for enforcing the laws against persons who shall steal or detain shipwrecked goods; and for the relief of persons suffering losses thereby.
Reasons for making void and annulling those fraudulent and usurious contracts, into which multitudes of unhappy persons have been drawn, to the utter ruin of themselves and families, by the late directors of the South-Sea Company, their agents and confederates. An Act for enlarging the term and powers granted by an Act passed in the twelfth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the First, intituled, An Act for repairing the roads leading from the western part of the parish of Shenfield, to Harwich in the county of Essex : and the road leading from Chelmsford in the said county, to Sudbury in the county of Suffolk, and from Margretting to Malden in the county of Essex, and from Colchester to Langham in the same county; and for repairing other roads adjoining to the same roads.
